Prefabricated Bull Nose Blocks
Our Bull Nose Blocks are produced in a controlled environment under ideal conditions. The steel frame and anchoring appliances are fully pre-assembled in our plant.
Our experience includes the installation of bull nose blocks of up to 32m in length and up to 1.800 mm in depth.
Compared to standard methods the installation is carried out in hardly any time at all. Formworks are not required. Our hanger assembly system ensures a perfect adjustment of the block.
As heating up times are minimal your furnace will be back on line shortly after the installation is finished.
